Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. However, most orders take 3 to 5 business days to handle during business operating hours.

We gladly accept cancellations within 48 hours.

The date to return unused and unopened items is 30 days after purchase. Please email lay@laofamilyfarmstead.com for return details.

Lost, stolen, and damaged items

Our shopping cart offers Shipping Protection Insurance with Route Tracking; if this option is unchecked, we are NOT liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit after order(s) left our facility.

You can use the Route Tracking app to file a claim for lost, stolen, and damaged items or email us at lay@laofamilyfarmstead.com for information on filing a Route Claim.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to holds at customs.
